Trident will take part in the international Seabed Minerals 2026 conference, held from 24–26 March 2026 in Bergen, Norway, with an expert presentation included in the official conference programme. Bramley Murton from the National Oceanography Centre (NOC) will deliver the presentation, titled “Towards a long-term autonomous system to monitor in-situ disturbances arising from deep water seafloor industrial activity.” The talk will highlight the development of Trident’s long-term autonomous monitoring system for deep-sea industrial activities. Designed to operate in extreme and remote seafloor environments, the system provides continuous, in situ environmental monitoring, supporting real-time data analysis and impact assessment to ensure transparent and responsible oversight.
